To become a great learner we must be willing to venture outside our comfort zone and struggle a bit. This process isn’t always pretty or easy, but it’s necessary.

The jungle tiger learns to survive in the wild by spending time in the wild.

The same rules apply to us.

We become better learners by spending more time learning.

To be more intentional about our learning, we should focus on 4 steps:
1. Pick a skill
2. Find a model
3. Chase Jungle Tiger reps
4. Get feedback
