What makes it different.

Real research. No pep talks. Built to stick. For anybody, anywhere.

Real science.

Trevor has spent 15 years studying the science of learning — reading the research and interviewing the people behind it: Carol Dweck, Michael Merzenich, Anders Ericsson, James Gross, Robert Bjork, and dozens more. Every workshop is built from that work: the studies, the interviews, and how they all connect.

I know you hear this all the time, but as a researcher at one of the top neuroscience departments in the world for the past 40 years, I have to tell you that the way you integrated the information was spot on and absolutely brilliant. UCSD Neuroscience Researcher
I was a professor of exercise physiology for 45 years. The information presented is about as clever and effectively done as I've ever seen. Every teacher, coach, and counselor should be encouraged to watch at least a portion of this. University Professor (45 years teaching)

Not a pep talk.

We don't do trust falls, and we don't hype your group up just to make them feel good. Trevor teaches the science through stories, visuals, videos, and clips from his interviews with the researchers — then the group puts it to work: discussions, reflections, and examples from their own jobs.

Trevor was the best virtual presenter I've ever seen. I've been coaching our executives on presentation skills for nearly 20 years. Both his content and delivery were exceptional. Executive Presentation Coach, P&G
The most applicable, to my job, training session I have experienced in this department since I started 5 years ago. Grinnell College Athletic Department
I learned more today from your presentation than I have learned from any other inservice, coaching clinic, or lecture in the last 25 years combined. Conference Attendee

It sticks.

Real learning takes time and happens after the workshop is over. In our workshops we show how to put the tools into practice and keep using them in the real world, day in and day out.

It's been about 8 months since you worked with my leaders, and I can honestly tell you that not a week goes by that someone doesn't bring up your messages from our Summit meeting. Seriously, I can't get most of them to remember things we discussed last week. Manager of Higher Education, Parkhurst Dining
What an exceptional day this was — full of new insights, valuable exchange of ideas, groundbreaking learning concepts, and practical takeaways. Mathias Weskamp, The World Bank

Anybody, anywhere.

The tools of better learning work for anybody, anywhere — executives and interns, administrators and students. But no two groups get the same workshop: the examples, stories, and language are rebuilt to fit the people in the room. Trevor has taught this material to Fortune 500 leadership teams, Olympic athletes, prisons, and kindergarten classrooms.

One of the best, most effective presenters I have seen in my time at P&G. Everyone, at every level of the company, would benefit from seeing his presentation. P&G Leader
Don't want to overstate this, but your program is life changing for me. I'm starting as a part-time instructor next week — a lawyer by training for 35 years (still a lawyer), always in an environment of perfection and absolute fear to fail. Today has allowed me to see a new way to approach my life, as well as how I reach my new students. Workshop Attendee
That was the best professional development day we've ever had, and it's not even close. Workshop Attendee
